Wood Beautiful
can i paint wood stained woodwork successfully or do i need a professional?
i am looking at a new house but the amount of light stained finished woodwork and shelving, while beautiful wood, is overwhelming. suggestions?
You can paint over stained wood if you use a primer first. If the wood has a clear finish you will want to lightly sand it just enough to rough up the surface so the paint will adhere better. God Bless
