Does anyone know a site that can give me the weight watchers guide?

You know like how many points different foods are?

weight watchers!?

One Response to “Weight Guide”

  • says:

Darling, you just have a fast, fast, fast, fast metabolism. And you walk/bike a lot, no?
Believe me, there are people not like us who cannot eat as they please because they WILL gain weight. The guidelines also aren't made for people our age or people as active as we might be (walking and biking IS active, yes). They're for like, our moms. And I guarantee that most women who are our mom's age (not mine though her metabolism is great) can't eat whatever they want.
Certain things about dietary guidelines suck, but in general they're supposed to be average guides for the average person. My nutritionist in the hospital always said every single person's body and metabolism is completely unique and that is why to really figure out what you personally need in a given day, they need to analyze your eating habits, put you on a structured plan, and monitor your weight gain/loss whatever it may be. That's why I had to eat 3300 calories/day to gain weight where as the 35 year old woman had to eat 2500 and a 15 year old had to eat 2800, etc. etc. We were all over the place.
Did that make any sense or did I just ramble?]]>
