Turntable Keeps Skipping
i need to find a repair man to help me repair my turntable because it keeps on skipping songs.?
does anybody know anyone who can help me out?
Take a look at the arm -- there should be an adjustment for downward force. Yours is probably set too light for the cartridge you have on it. If you slightly increase the downward force, it will stay in the groove and not skip out.
You may also need a new needle for the cartridge; Radio Shack can order most for you.
