How Do I Eliminate Ground Loop / Mains Hum / Buzz / Interference from my Mixer to my PC?

Me and a friend run an Internet Radio Station. All our equipment goes into a Mixer (All connections are made via RCA / PHONO Leads) which are unbalanced. This is then fed into my computer's sound card, where a program amplifies and compresses/limits the sound. However, after a few seconds silence, when the limiter a rather prominent Buzz sound can be heard. - Without the compression software, the sound input is very uneven and quiet.

I have tried unplugging each peice of equipment to see if the buzz is caused by it, but i still get the same problem even with everything pulled out. I was wandering if anybody has any tips on how to reduce or eliminate this sound?

(On the reverse of my mixer, there is a "Ground Pin" for the attatchment of Turntable's ground leads. Our Truntable IS connected to this)
