What is the best way to tone your butt?
I already run on a treadmill and go for long walks/hikes several times a week. I have gotten very good results from this combination, but I feel my butt could be a lot more toned. I was considering buying a small piece of equipment to supplement my workouts. I would like something that will really lift and tighten the muscles.
I was considering buying either a thigh master or resistance bands, but didn't know if either of these would do what I want. Are either of these a good choice for toning? Or is there something better I can use?
(I really wasn't interesting in buying a video like buns of steel as I don't use workout videos.) Thanks in advance!

What guitar strings should i buy/use if i want a warmer tone?
I want to buy strings that make my guitar sound a little bit more blues-y and a bit warmer. I have a steel string acoustic right now and was wondering what strings i should get next.
Here's an excerpt from Acoustic Guitar Owner's Manual that I've find to be spot on in my experience.
"The wrap, which is either brass or bronze, provides the timbral variation. The bronze-wound strings are mellower, in general, than the brass-wound silk-and-steel, which are treated with a silver-coated copper alloy."
So what I would do is try a few brands and different gauges of phosphor bronze strings until you find something that is to your liking. For instance I use D'Addario .011-.052 gauge phosphor bronze on my CJ-165 and it has a nice blues sound especially when used with a glass slide. Good luck with your music.
