Technics Turntable SL-D2 Stylus?
So looking for a stylus for my Technics Turntable SL-D2 and i need the housing with it. Where can i get a new one
First, I don't know what you mean by "housing". The stylus fits onto the cartridge and the cartridge attaches to the headshell with 2 screws and nuts. The headshell fits into the socket in the tonearm. Not sure exactly what you need.
If your turntable still has the original cartridge, this stylus would do the trick...

If the photo doesn't look like what fits your cartridge, the cartridge on your turntable may have been changed over the years. You'd then have to figure out what cartridge it is and find a replacement stylus for that if possible. Often, the make and model number of the cartridge are on the top that's mounted against the headshell. You may have to remove the cartridge and flip it over to find them.
If you want a whole new cartridge, you could go that route too. Your table can use any standard 1/2" mount cartridge. The Elliptical "Red Ed" or the Audio Technica AT95E would be some decent sounding choices on a budget. The Shure M97xE isn't bad, but it's a little "dull" sounding, with rolled-off highs. There is a JICO SAS stylus made for it that transforms it into a first-rate cartridge though (better than the others I mentioned). So, you may want to start with a Shure M97xE and upgrade to the JICO SAS Stylus later on. Actually, LP Gear sells upgrade styli for the Audio Technica AT95E I've heard good things about as well.

If you're saying you need a new headshell, your turntable can use any standard headshell for S-shaped tonearms. The headshells come complete with the 4 lead wires to connect the cartridge.

If you mount a cartridge, it's important to align it correctly. The cartridge should be mounted square in the headshell and the overhang should be exactly 52mm as shown in this drawing. Technics sells a plastic overhang gauge to make setting the 52mm overhang easier. Just Google "Technics overhang gauge" and you should be able to find one if you're interested.
