EPSON STYLUS DX9400F How do i scan?
I have just got this new 4-in-one printer. I am having trouble scanning pictures onto the computer though. Does anyone know how to, or have links with instructions on how to scan?
For the manuals for your printer, see the link below. When I'm scanning, I normally use the TWAIN driver. Many image-editing applications have an entry in their file menus labelled "acquire". There is often a sub-menu entry, "source" or "from TWAIN". These allow you to scan directly from your all-in-on device into the image-editing application.
Other than that, most of these devices come with their own software for scanning. Some also come with OCR software which helps with converting the scan images into text. You can download relevant software from Epson's site, if your CDs are missing.
