Is HD radio in stereo?
I've searched many websites, but can't determine if HD radio is broadcast in stereo. Even Wikipedia doesn't provide an answer! I keep seeing descriptions of HD radio as being "High Fidelity." Isn't that an old term for improved monaural? So, is HD radio in stereo or not?!
I hear it as stereo. Maybe it is not but when I listen to ice hockey games online it sounds like surround sound.
