Can i use normal records on a dj turntable?
Im thinking about buying a Stanton T.50 Belt-Drive Turntable. Can i use my 12" Dr Dre vinyl on this?
To answer your question: Yes. I own a pair of Stanton T.62s ( I am a DJ), and I listen to records every day. Keep in mind DJ tables are manual, which means you have to lift and place the fragile stylus (Needle) yourself.
But yes, you can use any record on a DJ turntable. There are no differences between a DJ record and a normal record. They just have music/sounds on them.
