Please check my answers from my lab ( Faraday's Law of Indcution) and help with last question please?
The capitalized letters represent my answers.
The galvanometer needle is deflected to the LEFT when the current flows from RIGHT to LEFT through the galvanometer.
When the north end of the magnet is inserted into the secondary coil, the current flows from RIGHT to LEFT through the galvanometer. When the north end of the magnet is removed from the secondary coil, the current flows from LEFT to RIGHT through the galvanometer. When the south end of the magnet is inserted into the secondary coil, the current flows from LEFT to RIGHT through the galvanometer. When the south end of the magnet is removed from the secondary coil, the current flows from RIGHT to LEFT through the galvanometer. When the magnet is not moving, the current through the galvanometer is ZERO . As the speed of the magnet is increased, the amount of current through the galvanometer INCREASES AND SHOWS A GREATER DEFLECTION>
When the magnet is stationary and the coil is moving ___________________________?
Moving the coil is the compliment of moving the magnet, so the answer should be along the same line of thinking as the previous statement applying to moving the magnet.
When the magnet is stationary and the coil is moving THE CURRENT THROUGH THE GALVANOMETER INCREASES.
