Sony Automatic Turntable My Record player spins too fast, how do i fix it?
It spins at about 35.5 RPM or 6% too fast (I timed it), which is just enough to sound annoying. It's a SONY Automatic Turntable PSLX250H, and it's probably 3 years old. I moved recently, so it may have gotten a bit shook up; it worked fine before I moved. The belt fell off, and I put it back on, and nothing looked wrong that I could see.
Most belt driven turntables will have an adjustment wheel on it somewhere. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
