Shure Needles Turntable
Where do I get a needle for my turntable?
I've been wanting a turntable/ record player for a while now and I was gonna get one soon but my neighbors had an old one and they just gave it to me.
I've never owned a turntable before, so I'm really inexperienced with it and I don't really know any of the technical terms.
But apparently the needle is missing. It's a Garrarg 6 300, I think. And on the little piece where the needle is supposed to come out from it says "shure M75-6S"
There aren't really any music or vinyl stores anywhere near me, so do you think there's somewhere online I can try? Or what do you think I should look up to find one?

The correct replacement stylus for your Shure M75-6S cartridge is a Shure N75B Type 2. Google for "Shure N75B Type 2" and you'll find plenty of places to buy one.

If you don't have a receiver with an input marked "phono" to plug your turntable into, you'll need a phono preamp to bring your turntable's signal up to standard line-level. Then, you could plug it into any standard line-level input (CD, DVD, tape, aux, etc...).

old record player my dad has needs a new needle?
My dad has an old record player he wants to give me. Only problem is the needle needs replaced. It is a realistic Lab-3000 precision turntable. I wrote down the numbers and letters on the stylus and cartridge. The numbers and letters are:
Shure RSEB
Realistic r47eb
I can't find an exact replacement because it's too old at least I think. Is there any equivalent to this stylus and cartridge I can buy? Or anywhere I can get the exact stylus? I'm pretty sure only the needle needs replaced. Everything else is in perfect condition. Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated.
