Where x is the position of the end of the push-rod. If the push-rod moves from x1 = 0m to x2 = 11m, how much work did the servo motor do? Answer in units of J.
You are given the force function F(x) = x^2,
and you know that dW = F(x)*dx
So, integrate to get: W = [(1/3)*x^3] evaluated at x=11
That'll be your answer.
