Yoga mat question, what kind do you use?
i was thinking about getting this one http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10543400&findingMethod=rr#Q%26A+Exchange but there's only one review one it i was wondering if any one here has used it and could tell me if it's any good?
or recommend one???

I use Yoga Paws these days, despite the Amazon reviews, mine are quite sturdy and have lasted me all this year.
