Voice effect software?
I really want to add effects--like slow down, backwards, etc--to two WAV files with my voice. These files were recorded on a SANSA mp3 player. They ARE Wav files but when tried to open it in software called VoiceFX. the program. Sound Recorder doesn't do it either. Any suggestions on good [free/free trial] and/or the program won't recognize them.
