how do you install two PA amps to a mixer/cd player?
I have 2 Pyle Pro Amps, (PT4001X 5500 & P3001AT 3000 Watts). The Mixer is a Prodigy Dual CD Player/Mixer B52. It only has the one Master Output. Do I use a "Y" splitter? Will it distort the quality of the Music? On the 5500, I am going to run 2 18" 8-way speakers - Woofers, Mids Highs & Horns. On the 3000, I am going to run 2 18" Sub Woofers. Will this work out? Don
You could use a simple Y cable to connect the input of each amp to the output of your mixer. A far better solution would be to add an electronic crossover set to separate the sub woofer frequencies from everything else. There's no point in wasting either amplifier's headroom (power) on frequencies that the speakers connected to it can't handle.

What do you look for when you go out to buy your own karaoke system? There are huge variations in features, styles, and price in the many types of karaoke equipment on the market today. Here are some important things to look for in your search.
Do you want a stand-alone system, or one you can just integrate into your own home entertainment system? You can find both types of karaoke machines. The stand-alone systems include the karaoke player, the speakers, and the monitor for the lyrics all in one machine. It can be very
bulky, and you need a place to store it or a spot in your living area that will fit your stand-alone karaoke system.
