Pioneer Pl Turntable Need help with my Pioneer Turntable! Model PL-990?
My Pioneer Turntable model PL-990 will only output through the left wire (white one), and no sound (except for a small buzz) come through the red wire. Is there something i need to do? Is this an easy fix?
change the cable and make sure it's not just the cable that has gone bad..
there may be anything gone wrong inside of the unit to cause it to stop working, but the fact that there is a buzz indicates that it is electrical component failure and not just a bad connection so you probably won't find an answer just by looking inside of it.
this is still a $125 turn table so it may be worth it to get it repaired at a shop.
