Why do I feel like puking when I only have very little to drink?
I always feel like throwing up the next day or I even get the runs. I am just concerned about this because just a couple of months ago, I could drink as much as I wanted and this wouldn't happen to me. This past weekend I had about three or four beers and I felt like throwing up as soon as I woke up.
Sounds like your body is rejecting the alcohol , or something in the beer itself that it is allergic too . You could be allergic to something they make the beer out of , the hops or another substance in the beer .
The body can develop a reaction to just about anything at any time .
Who knows if this is allergic or just a type of sensitivity to alcohol or something else .
Try drinking alcohol , like a wine cooler or something else , it you still have the some reaction , they your body maybe rejection the alcohol , for some reason .
Alcohol can dehydrate your body , are you getting enough water , our body is made up of mostly water , and if you are already in a dehydrated state , you body may reject the alcohol to prevent further dehydration .
normal water requirements for a women is about 2.5 liters of water a day , that is consumed by the food we eat or fluid we drink , Pop does not count , or coffee .

Ames, having come from the barbershop-style Ames Brothers quartet, offered pop standards, continental pop, show tunes, and adult contemporary music on his solo albums, but his hits were mostly in a contemporary vein. The Very Best of Ed Ames covers most of Ames' big hits and concentrates on broadly appealing material like "My Cup Runneth Over" and the antiwar song "Who Will Answer?" Ames' foray into country music yielded a winner with his version of Jerry Reed's "A Thing Called Love," and a few of the cuts here are in a similar country-pop style. After the success of "Who Will Answer?," Ames attempted other message-oriented songs, like Wally Whyton's "Leave Them a Flower," to which he was not well suited; it would have been better if that track had been omitted in favor of one of his other big easy listening hits like "Timeless Love." Aside from that minor quibble, The Very Best of Ed Ames offers a fine retrospective of the mightiest baritone in pop music. [RCA released this collection only a year after the Taragon label licensed many of the same recordings for a 20-track Ed Ames anthology with the exact same title.] ~ Greg Adams |

Very Best of Craig Douglas $9.99 Mild-mannered British teen idol Craig Douglas topped the U.K. charts in 1959 with "Only Sixteen," a cover of a Sam Cooke song that spent 15 weeks in the top spot. He had nearly a dozen hits between 1959-1963, all of which were featherweight cover versions of songs by American acts such as the Drifters, Gene McDaniels, Steve Lawrence and Dion. One of his hits, "Our Favourite Melodies," is a cover of an excellent regional hit by Gary Criss that didn't reach the national charts in the United States, but reached the Top Ten in England via Douglas' recording. The Very Best of Craig Douglas is a 30-song anthology of his original Top Rank and Columbia recordings from his hit period that expands upon and replaces the out of print collection, Only Sixteen. Despite the omission of two charting singles Douglas waxed for Decca in 1963, this is as exhaustive a collection as most consumers would want. In addition to the hits, Douglas sings teen-oriented arrangements of pop standards ("On the Sunny Side of the Street"), a rewrite of Johnny Horton's "Battle of New Orleans" told from the British perspective, additional covers of American pop hits, and a few songs by British composers. One of the latter, "Ring-A-Ding," is Douglas' hardest rocker, and is such a stylistic outlier that it is sequenced at the very end of the program. Douglas' delicate, precious teen sound is far more sugary than Ricky Nelson or Bobby Vee, and is more akin to the Fleetwoods minus the girl singers (in fact, his first Top Rank single was a non-charting rendition of the Fleetwoods' "Come Softly to Me.") One drawback to The Very Best of Craig Douglas is that it was manufactured using the controversial Copy Control technology that EMI abandoned in 2006. ~ Greg Adams |
