Old Elac
is 23 years old to start college too old?
I dropped out of high school at 17 years of age. I dont know anything about college. none of my sibilings attended college for that matter. I really want to go to ELAC (east la) when i move in with my boyfriend.
do you think i have a chance..even tho i had bad grades in high school???

Better late than never. There was a 58 year in one of my classes. They will see your high school transcript, but you will first have to complete your GED (which is high school diploma equivalency) and from there you take college placement exams. Depending on how you score you will either start off in lower level courses (which you will not get college credit for, but will be required), or your will go right to college level courses. I am a bad test taker and I scored well in reading but not so good in math, so I started off in a lower math class, but it was a great refresher course. Good Luck!!!!!!
