Hard Disk Logic Board Failure and Recovery
Modern Hard disks come integrated with a controlling circuit, called Logic Board, which is responsible for supplying power and controlling hard disk internals. Also denoted as controller board or hard disk PCB, this intelligent circuit board is consisted of all control, sense, amplification and conversion circuitry that make a hard disk to operate.
