what color is the parking brake wire ,where can i find it, and what do i attach it to?
ok my car radio got stolen so i bought a jensen stereo/dvd player and im guessing i need to attach some wire in the stereo to a parking brake wire so i could play a dvd. i got all the audio to work..... but i cant play a dvd without the parking brake wire connected. the car is honda civic hatchback 2000 please help
All you have to do is hook the wire that is supposed to go to the ebrake and ground it either to the car chassis or to the ground wire of the radio either way cuz all your doing by connecting it to the ebrake is grounding it cuz when the ebrake is engaged it's grounded so that's how you bypass it it just tricks the tv into thinking the ebrake is engaged
PLEASE DO NOT WATCH TV AND DRIVE IT IS A HAZARD TO YOUR HEALTH AND ANYONE ELSE DRIVING AROUND YOU IT'S NOT WORTH A LIFE
