Details of the installation of vibrating screen
More varieties of vibrating screen, there is shaking screen, circular vibrating screen, resonance screen, linear vibrating screen and so on, also have different structures, therefore, the user should be for different screening machine and reasonable installation, use and maintenance.
Installation and commissioning
1, pre-installation preparation
The new equipment, vibrating screen prior to installation, should be carefully scrutinized. 2, the installation

(4) If abnormal noise or driving after a sharp increase in bearing temperature should be immediately shut down, check whether the rotation axis is a flexible and well lubricated and so on, until after the start troubleshooting.
(5) 2-4h after driving down to check whether there are loose connection parts, if there are loose, tighten until after the drive.
(6) 8h after the test if no failure, only the installation of project acceptance.
The operation points
(1) The operator on duty at work before reading records, and conduct general inspection of equipment. Check V-belt tensioning of the extent of the oil level of vibrator, check the screen surface tension case, ministries bolts fastening and screen surface defects.
(2) The sieve should be followed to start the order process system.
(3) In the screen working in motion, use visual, hearing tests and screening exciter boxes work. After stopping near the application of hand-touch the bearing caps and check bearing temperature rise.
(4) sieve parking should comply with the order process system. In addition to special requirements, prohibited parking zone is expected to continue to sieve after feeding.
