Chemistry help... writing formulas for these complex ions and compounds?

Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I put K3[Cr(C2O4)3]H2O in web assign for the first one and it said itt was not right. Did I do it wrong or write wrong?
Yes, for a.) there is no H2O in the name.
First off the oxalate ligand is bidentate, and attaches to the metal in 2 places, and each one has a -2 charge. Thats a total of -6. If Chromium is in the +3 oxidation state, we still have a -3 charge that needs to be balanced. Balance it with 3 K+1 ions.

Field Testing Phase of Escape Plug-in Hybrid Started in Chicago
The Chicago Department of Fleet Management will begin their field testing of a Ford Escape plug-in hybrid vehicle in the following days. The plug-in hybrid vehicle is the product of the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Plug-In Hybrid Vehicle Project and it is sponsored by All Cell Technologies, LLC.
The testing phase will begin in the next few days and will continue for six months. Other agencies which have offered their support for the IIT’s special project include the City of Chicago, MicroSun Technologies, LLC, and ComEd.
The testing will be conducted by the Chicago Department of Fleet Management, and will be performed from four to six months. The testing will be done under different conditions. The aim of the testing phase of the plug-in hybrid is to evaluate the performance of the vehicle. The car’s fuel efficiency and emission will be evaluated during the four to six months of field testing.
The project was initiated to provide a new technology that will double the fuel efficiency and also reduce the amount of emissions of Chicago’s fleet of hybrid vehicles. After the testing, the DFM will then decide whether the plug-in version is better than the current non-plug-in hybrid vehicles in the city fleet. The result of the testing will determine whether the city will have their entire fleet of hybrid vehicles converted into plug-in hybrid vehicles.
The plug-in concept uses a lighter and more powerful Li-ion battery pack which uses a technology developed and patented by the ITT with a passive thermal management system. This technology is aimed to better utilize the power coming from the battery pack. The emission of the new plug-in hybrid concept is also reduced with the use of exhaust parts akin to a Corsa exhaust system.
The hybrid vehicle fleet of Chicago’s Department of Fleet Management provides fleet-related services to all the department of the city government of Chicago. The fleet also offers service to other agencies like the Chicago Park District and the Chicago Housing Authority.
The use of fuel efficient plug-in hybrid vehicles will serve the city well by cutting down the cost of fuel consumption. These vehicles also emits very low amount of greenhouse gases which makes it the perfect choice for a government under the administration which declared war against global warming.
Howard Henneman, the Chicago Department of Fleet Management Commissioner, has this to say about the project: “We are proud to partner with the IIT team during this Ford Escape Plug-in Hybrid conversion project. The team has successfully overcome many technical challenges. We're excited to begin evaluating the performance of the vehicle through our field-testing, and look forward to potentially expanding this plug-in technology to other vehicles in the fleet.”
