how to drop weight really fast temporarily?


How do i drop alot of weight really fast?
I know whatever i do it wont be permanant, i just wanna get skinny so i can go to the beach with a few friends in a few up-coming weeks and not look too heavy.
I am planning on hitting the gym afterwoods to lose it all healthly and keep it off, i just wan a quick, temporary fix for a few days.
I'm thinking of usuing the meal-replacment shakes and work-out a shiitload for a while? Anything Else?

The MOST important thing is to eat naturally..without medicines, chemicals, "starving" your self etc.

first, it would be best for you to eat as healthy as possible..this will also help you considerably to lose weight gradually and naturally..

eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeines, smoking, alchohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rythmns as well as brain chemistry. try not to eat too much meat, and the meat you should eat should be "lean meat" such as steamed chicken and rice, or steamed fish with rice..and vegetables,, this should be your staple diet rice and vegetables with fruits..AVOID "JUNK FOOD" and "Fast Food" as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is very bad for overall health.

if you snack,, try fruits with yogurt or fruit yogurt and nuts.. nuts are very healthy for your body .and contain proteins.

go for walks every evening or morning or whenever you get time each day for 1 hour or 2 hours..make this somewhere you enjoy walking even if you have to drive a bit to there..and make this a daily routine..you will enjoy it once you get into it ..and it makes you feel great after..just walking for 1 hour or 2 hours.

if you do this..every day for one month ..you should lose around 10 pounds (.714 stone) per month until you get to your natural healthy weight.. look up on the internet for an idea of what your weight for your height should be ..and when you get to this weight,,your body will look very nice and you will feel very good.

10 pounds (.714 stone ) each month in 3 months you should lose 30 pounds (2 stones, 2 pounds)..for sure...but no junk food and dont drink alcohol or smoke, dont eat junk..just healthy food with vitamins and walking 1 hour or 2 hours every day..and drink plenty of water..this is guaranteed way to lose weight naturally and for good, if you stick to this, which you should,,as it makes you feel so much more positive due to the vitamins and lack of chemicals making you feel depressed...

btw, forgot to mention,,just in case you dont know how to really make healthy meals..buy a "food steamer" at your local deparment store..they are very cheap and work very well..as well as buy a "rice cooker" which is also very cheap..eating rice is a great way to get your necessary carbs "healthy carbs" to lose weight and has lots of natural energy inside. you can buy asian rice at most large supermarkets or if you have a local oriental market..they sale quality asian rice.. thai or indian rice is good "jasmine rice".. buy corn or canola oil to sprinkle on vegetables or rice before steaming to add to taste as well as you can buy several nice spices like "cumin" or "Curry powders", etc.just sprinkle on the vegetables before steaming to give nice taste.

drink "Green Tea" as this is very healthy and helps burn extra fat faster...you can buy quality green tea at most oriental shops or large supermarkets as well

Pregnancy Weight Gain - You Can Maintain A Healthy Weight While You're Pregnant, Here's How!

It is common for you to be concerned about your weight and how much of it you will gain or lose while you are pregnant. You are no different from a host of pregnant women out there - they almost all worry about how much weight they will gain during their pregnancies too. The fact of the matter is this; it is possible to maintain a healthy weight gain while pregnant by exercising and eating healthily. This article will look at a few ways that can help you maintain a healthy pregnancy weight gain.

 

If you must achieve a healthy weight gain during your pregnancy term, you must abstain from taking alcoholic beverages and nicotine-infested cigarettes. These things contain substances that are harmful to you and your baby - particularly to your baby. No matter what you did when you were not pregnant, you must realize that you are now responsible for that new life growing inside of you and as such, you can no longer go about doing business as usual. This simply means that you must now take care not to ingest stuff that may be harmful to your baby whether you feel like it or not.

 

Keeping a healthy pregnancy weight gain is important for both you and your unborn child. If you do not pay attention, you could gain excess, unnecessary weight and that could lead to medical conditions, depression during pregnancy and more effort being required after you r delivery to lose the weight gained. For a healthy woman, the average weight gain is around 25 to 35 pounds. Depending on how much you weighed before you conceived, you may need to gain more than, or less than, the above weight.

 

While it may be common to get cravings while pregnant, you can actually make it a point of duty to replace cravings that are unhealthy with healthy ones. An example will be to replace fat-free chocolate pudding instead of that candy bar that is dancing in front of you. Or you should try taking jelly on toast as against those sugar sweets.

 

It cannot be overstressed enough that you should always ensure that you are eating healthily. This is due to the fact that it constitutes a great part of how much weight you'd gain during your pregnancy. Choose lean meat and go for just the whites in egg for protein. Where grains are concerned, you should opt for those that contain lower carbohydrates and starch. Take a lot of fruits and vegetables because they are mostly fat free and contain very low calories. For natural vitamins, you should always ensure that you choose fresh foods over processed food. Don't ignore dairy products just go for those that contain lower fat. Always discuss your dietary plans with your health care provider.

 

You should also endeavor to stay active while you are pregnant especially during the first three months when the change in your body is not so obvious. Try to perform low impact exercises as these are not strenuous to you or your baby. Examples of low impact exercises include, but are not limited to, the following; swimming, yoga, meditation and slow walks. Whatever you do, do not engage in any exercise routine that will require the lifting of heavy weights, or that will entail straining your abdomen, or any other routine that will cause a jarring of your body. Remember to discuss these exercise routines with your health care provider so that you can be sure that they are ideal for you.
