La vitalità del settore packaging
Il packaging è un settore che, per la molteplicità delle sue funzioni, dà vita ad prodotto unico, un “oggetto di design che risponde anche ad esigenze pubblicitarie e di comunicazione, con un ruolo strategico per il prodotto e per la marca”.
Non si può fare a meno di notare che lo sviluppo del packaging ha spostato il suo ambito dalla funzionalità ad elemento attivo del marketing mix. Il confezionamento quindi dei prodotti, e di conseguenza le macchine per confezionamento assumono un’importanza strategica ai fini della competitività dell’azienda.
In questi anni quasi tutte le macchine confezionatrici , soprattutto quelle manuali o semiautomatiche che non avevano una grande velocità di confezionamento erano macchine pneumatiche. L'evoluzione dei motori elettrici con la diffusione dei motori brushless che ha portato alla diminuzione dei prezzi ha permesso un maggiore sviluppo della tecnologia elettro-meccanica anche sulle macchine confezionatrici verticali di piccole dimensioni. I vantaggi delle confezionatrici automatiche sono molteplici: una maggiore affidabilità delle movimentazioni che si riflette in applicazioni come la stampa centrata e la timbratura delle confezioni; maggiore silenziosità della confezionatrice; velocità di confezionamento più elevate; l'eliminazione dell'aria compressa con i relativi costi di gestione.
Con il gran successo del 2007, Cibus Tec si prepara all’ edizione 2009, dal 27 al 30 ottobre in una fase di forte competitività del mercato dell’imballaggio e impianti confezionamento nel settore alimentare. Ogni due anni, da settant'anni, a Parma si riunisce l'eccellenza della tecnologia per l'industria alimentare: le esigenze tecniche e di marketing di oltre ventimila aziende alimentari internazionali trovano nelle macroaree di Cibus Tec, Tecnoconserve, Milc e Multitecno le risposte più appropriate ed innovative.
Su queste premesse Cibus Tec costruirà la propria edizione 2009, che avrà luogo in un anno di forte competitività dal quale emergeranno chiaramente i valori dei vincenti; rafforzamento del programma dedicato ai delegati esteri ed ai visitatori internazionali in generale, definizione di un Paese focus nell’area mediterranea, forte attenzione al settore dell’imballaggio, dei vari macchinari pensati per il confezionamento sottovuoto, della pasta fresca industriale, della catena del freddo, della logistica e delle attrezzature per i laboratori, dei succhi di frutta e della IV e V gamma connoteranno questa edizione, che godrà di un nuovo lay-out espositivo finalizzato a compattare la manifestazione salvaguardando l’identità dei settori espositivi ed una nuova calendarizzazione, dal martedì al venerdì.
La partecipazione espositiva a Cibus Tec si confermerà quindi un passaggio importante nella strategia e nel mix di comunicazione delle aziende operanti a diverso titolo nel food processing & packaging, in grado di garantire ritorni in termini di business realmente commisurati alla propria capacità di innovazione e flessibilità; nel contempo, visitare Cibus Tec sarà sempre più un atto necessario per pianificare la realizzazione di una nuova unità produttiva o il rinnovamento di quelle esistenti, in virtù della caratteristica del Salone, unico al mondo in questo senso, di rappresentare la filiera produttiva dei prodotti vegetali o lattiero caseari nella sua assoluta totalità.
