Fits Most Technics
MMA - Training please help?
I'm not the most fit guy. The MMA school I go to, it offers some high intensity cardio classes. But I have trouble in those classes. So I don't go to those classes. So right now weight loss is a separate issue that I'm working on.
Anyways, the classes I do attend are more technical, and instructional, meaning they aren't high in cardio. I am worn out by the end of the class though. I am training to eventually become an amateur fighter
I understand cardio is an important part in MMA, and without it I will be pretty much done quickly. Anyways my question is, can I focus on the instructional part, learning the in's and outs of MMA, then focus on cardio later when I lose some weight? Or do they have to be in conjunction with one another?

First off check with a doctor to make sure that you aren't risking your health by pushing yourself to hard. That being said, yes you can do them separately but you have to ask yourself a question, and be honest with yourself on this, I don't know you and am only suggesting this because it is common and I have seen it a lot. Ask yourself, am I not doing the cardio because I can't, or do I just not want to work that hard. Be honest, and remember that if you want to fight you are going to be exhausted after real training when the time comes, and that is after you are in shape. If you are working hard, you know if you are or not, then just keep at it, the weight will come off and the classes will get easier, tough one of the best ways to lose weight is through tough cardio.

Finding Your Pair on the Technical Analysis Point of View
There are a lot of techniques by which pairs may be seen in the moving averages.
