Fibre Brush

My hair has breakage, and i was just wondering with my hair being relaxed is a little breakge normal?
I used to have a lot o breakage, but now i
deep condition once a week
drink lots of water
straighten once a week
wash once a week
protein treatments every 2 weeks
and iv only been using good products like kera care, afphogee ,and affirm fibre guard relaxing products, and i dont think my hair is over processed, i think its a little bit under processed.
but im still gettin loads little hair in the sink when i brush it.

You sound like you are doing all good things. Protein can help "rebuild" hair after chemical processes like relaxers that makes holes and chips on the strands. But there is such a thing as too much protein making hair brittle and weak. Make sure your DC doesn't have protein in it. I can think of a few things to help you find out what's wrong. Are you sure it's breakage? Some people get breakage and shedding confused.
http://nappyme.wordpress.com/hair-facts/trauma-to-hair-follicles-why-do-some-of-us-lose-it/
Recognize what causes breakage.
1. Unhealthy hair is the main culprit but 2. rough fabrics 3. heat 4. dry hair 5. brushing 6. rough detangling 7. coloring 8. repetitive styling can make situation worse. Always wear a satin cap to bed and sleep on satin pillowcase. Limit chemicals in your hair if you put them in at all. And don't do the same style every day.
I highly suggest stop using relaxers and heat now and go natural but if you won't do that at least stretch time between relaxers and don't relax bone straight. I believe that is called texlaxing when you only relax 75%. Cut back straightening to once a month and find styles that don't require straight hair. Protective styles are good option. Protective styles protect hair becuase hair is not loose so you aren't subjecting it to relaxers/flat iron/environment. Also tied up it can't break, all it can do is grow. protective hair styles like buns, twists, coils, braids, etc. Weaves are also a protective hair style.
To find out if your hair is healthy do a wet assesment.
1. How Do I Perform a Proper Wet Assessment?
It will be difficult for you to wet assess your hair by holding a single strand and pulling on both ends. That type of stress would be considered "undue" stress, because no single hair is ever really subjected to that sort of tension at one time. Any strand of hair (healthy or not) that you pull on by both ends has the potential to snap depending on the pressure you apply to it. Hair should be wet assessed by the normal act of combing though it or touching-testing it.
Wet Assessment Break Down
If your hair:
(Wet or Dry) Stretches slighty/returns to original length /no breaking= you are balanced just stick with maintaining!
(Wet ot Dry) Stretching a little more than normal then breaks= more protein
(Wet or Dry)Stretching, stretching, stretching/no breakage yet= more protein
(Wet)- Weak, gummy, mushy, limp hair= more protein
(Wet or Dry) Very little/no stretching then breakage= more moisture
(Dry) Rough/tough/hard/tangly/brittle hair= more moisture
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:
Once you know if your hair is healthy or not you can go from there. Basically, I would do some protein treatments, some deep conditioning treatments for a month or so. I also highly recommend henna for you: http://hennaforhair.com. It is a natural conditioner and can make hair stronger and healthier.
Here is a video of henna being applied to relaxed hair: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dvfBY4Z802o
Stop straightening and relaxing. I know this that will be difficult for you but it's important. Throw out your flat iron if it helps so you won't be tempted. You can use this time to start doing some natural styles. Next, put your hair into a protective weave/braids. I say weave/braids is the best choice becuase you won't be tempted to relax or straighten while it's braided down. If you choose not to remain natural just remember the best time to relax is after the hair has already grown. A touch up every 8 weeks is actually too often.

MAC 130 Short Duo Fibre Brush - Review/Demo
How Do You Illiminate Cellulite?
While many people associate cellulite with being overweight or obese, the truth is that men and women can have cellulite even if they are not overweight. Cellulite is distinguished by a bumpy appearance to the skin in fact many people liken the appearance of cellulite to cottage cheese. Cellulite is actually caused by pockets of fat that are located just below the surface of the skin. As these pockets of fat become larger they take up more space than the surrounding tissues, resulting in the familiar dimpled appearance on our thighs, our tummies and our butts.
Cellulite can cause many problems with self-image and self-esteem, causing women (and some men) to avoid bathing suits, shorts and other revealing attire, even in the hottest weather. Losing weight is not always a solution to the cellulite problem even after those extra pounds have been shed cellulite can remain. In fact cellulite is stubbornly resistant to weight loss, and man thin men and women still find that they have problems with cellulite.
Cellulite affects the way we look, the way we dress and even the way we feel about ourselves. That is why it is so important for anyone with a cellulite problem to look for a solution as soon as possible. There are a number of creams and wraps on the market today, but for me there is only one cream that I would recommend and it is called Dermology Cellulite Cream. This special cream is designed to smooth out the appearance of cottage cheese thighs, dimpled tummy fat and other unsightly cellulite deposits. Dermology Cellulite Cream combined with regular light excercising and a healthy natural diet helps me to keep that unsightly cellulite at bay.
Dermology Cellulite Cream uses all natural ingredients that are easy for your skin to absorb. Men and women can simply rub the cream onto the affected areas and let it go to work. The ingredients in Dermology Cellulite Cream are designed to be absorbed easily into the skin, helping to break up those stubborn fat deposits and flush them away. As the troublesome cellulite is flushed away the skin will take on a more youthful appearance, a tighter tone and a more even complexion.
There are other ways to deal with a cellulite problem, including liposuction and spot reducing surgery. While these solutions can be effective, they can also be quite costly and potentially dangerous. What's more many men and women find that the cellulite on those problem areas starts to return almost immediately, requiring continued time consuming and expensive treatments to keep that cellulite at bay.
But fortunately there are easy natural ways to reduce cellulite aswell. Dry brushing is an effective natural home treatment for cellulite, diet and exercise play a key role in fighting cellulite, and massage is one of the best and most enjoyable cellulite treatments. Manual lymphatic drainage massage and aromatherapy massage are some of the most effective anti-cellulite massage treatments available today.
Use Dry Brushing to Reduce Cellulite
Dry brushing is believed to stimulate circulation, to remove dead skin layers and to improve skin texture, to boost the lymphatic system and to remove toxins from the body. A poorly functioning lymphatic system is believed to be one of the main causes of cellulite, and regular dry brushing is one of the easiest ways to stimulate lymph flow.
There is a wide variety of brushes on the market, but a natural soft fibre brush is the best choice. Always use the brush on a dry body before taking a shower. Start from the feet and brush towards the collarbone area using long strokes. Always brush from the extremities towards the collarbone. After brushing the legs, brush the arms from the fingertips towards the collarbone. You can brush the whole body including the back and the stomach, but use circular strokes on the stomach and brush gently over the most sensitive parts of the body. For best results it is important to brush daily.
Diet and Exercise Tips for Reducing Cellulite
The good news is you don't need a special anti-cellulite diet. Making some simple changes in your daily diet can help. Some foods and drinks to avoid are junk food, salty foods and snacks, coffee and alcohol. Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water.
Exercise burns calories and stimulates the lymphatic system, and regular exercise is one of the best ways to reduce cellulite. Choosing the right form of exercise does not have to be complicated. Pick any type of exercise you like most. Swimming, jogging, cycling or even walking can all help, but the key is exercising regularly: daily if you can, but at least several times a week.
Massage Treatments for Cellulite
Two of the best anti-cellulite massage treatments are manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and aromatherapy. Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle technique that increases lymph flow, and since a lazy lymphatic system can lead to the creation of cellulite, MLD is one of the best massage techniques for reducing and preventing cellulite. A course of treatments is usually required.
Aromatherapy can be an excellent natural remedy for cellulite. Several essential oils have detoxifying properties and can be used in an anti-cellulite massage. Many qualified aromatherapists offer a special form of lymphatic massage that is excellent for reducing cellulite. Massaging the affected areas at home every day can also help to reduce cellulite.
