Should i upgrade to the xbox slim?

I currently own a two year old 360 with a 20 gb hard drive(need a bigger hdd now anyway), i really haven't had any problems wih this 360 but some freezes sometime.I was thinking about doing this 360 trade promo and throw in a couple games so i won't have to spend out of pocket money.Do you think this is worth a slim 360,

First of all I highly suggest going to Gamestop for this answer.
It all depends on how badly you need that 20gb hard drive as compared to the 250gb hard drive, how much you enjoy your games, how many controllers you have, if you have a memory card, what size the memory card is, and whether or not you use an Ethernet cord or a wireless adapter.
If you are running low on memory space it depends on if the memory you are using is all game-save storage or if you have quite a bit of arcade games, DLC, or other X-Box Live Marketplace Content. What I do, since I have used about 10gb of game-save memory and over 15gb of X-Box Live Marketplace content with a 20gb Hard Drive is I prioritize my options. If you have some game-save memory not needed and you will never play the game again then it depends on if it takes up a lot of memory or not. If it does then i recommend deleting it and the DLC content if you have any for it. Also, For my X-Box Live Marketplace Content, I delete them if I need room in my Hard Drive and If I want to play them again, I will switch it out by deleting some different content and go to my Account Management in the menu under Settings and go to my download history, from there I can re-download content I have deleted. If these options for memory don't work, it goes as a reason towards getting The New X-Box 360 250gb console.
With the games you have listed, Gamestop doesn't list them as "New Games" so therefore, you will not get much out of them, If you really dont like them and don't play with them, you should go for it if you want about $10.00 per game and for every 3 games you trade-in, you will recieve an extra $10.00 with your in-store credit. So you will get somewhere along the lines of $60.00 for those games.
I called Gamestop and asked them what was all required to trade in my X-Box 360 console and they said that I would need the console, a controller, and all of the cords. So the X-Box 360 alone will get you $100.00, but with one of the current trade-in offers, you will get an extra $25.00 if you trade in an X-Box 360 Console. So with that deal, you will be getting $125.00 for your console. For your 20gb Hard-Drive, you will recieve $30.00. If you turn in your Hard-Drive, I highly recommend trading in the Hard-Drive AFTER you have purchased the new console or else you will lose all your saved memory. I believe the new console comes with a transfer cable so that you can convert your memory onto the new 250gb Hard-Drive and then trade in the 20gb Hard-Drive.
For every extra controller you turn in, if they are wired you will receive $20.00 for each one and for each wireless, you will receive $25.00 and remember that a wireless controller will come with your new X-Box 360 so you don't have to worry. If you use a wireless adapter, you will receive $40.00 for the regular white wireless adapter and $50.00 for the Black Wireless N Adapter (remember, the Slim X-Box 360 comes with an adapter built in). 512mb - $18.00
The least amount of trade-in credit received would be around $215.00 and the rest would depend on other items you have. If you have some of the other items, I would say definitely go for it. If not, and you don't have enough money out of pocket and you can live with some of the present factors, I wouldn't if I were you.
