DJ Question!! Equipment and Beginner Gear!!?
Okay, so I am starting off DJ'ing and lately I"ve just been using Virtual DJ but I'm thinking about investing the money in a Numark NS7FX, it looks cool and heard that it is good, however, it is only a controller. What can you recommend to a beginner DJ when it comes to equipment and software. I have serato too, but I was wondering if I should get turntables and a mixer? Or if I should stick to the digital mouse scratching. Thanks!
the numark mix track pro w/ built-in soundcard is a great place to start. check out this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDQtTLDU1fM) which does a great job explaining all the features and allows you to see it in action. it's a really affordable setup, too. hope that helps!
