okay, so i recently bought a steepletone roxy 2 turntable, and it came with a sapphire stylus. i ordered a spare stylus and ive noticed that the stylus it came with has already gone a bit bad. so i swapped the stylus, but i noticed that the replacement one is a diamond one with a metal part on it as apposed to the plastic part that the old one had. the new stylus seems of better quality but im just worried it is the wrong one? thanks! x

turntables are made that way. You can have a terrible turntable and use great needles. It will improve on that part.
Better needles should have decreased record wear and pick up better fidelity but overall the delivery to the equipment itself and the output might still be limited on the equipment itself
but the better needle can do nothing but offer some if not a lot improvement
