Cartridge Old
i have got epson stylus dx4000 and i replaced the black ink cartridge after old one finished?
now it doesnot print black wrinting or anything in black colour.now even i print images you cannot recognize them it shows the cartridge is full and other three colour ink are ok aswell also i perfomed the nozzle check aswell.one thing when i took the old finished black ink cartridge out and threw it away i put the new one back in after one week.
can anybody help me please what to do now
Sounds like you have a defective cartridge. This has happened to me in the past. I called the printer company and told them my situation....I had Fedx at my door the following morning with a new one free of charge.
