my friend likes to dj . he s not a professional, infact he doesnt kno how to do at all but he likes djing lots . so i wanna buy him something related to djing lik a beggineer set or sumthing where he can dj for fun nd mix music ...something basic which gives him a chance to mix music nd make him feel lik a dj ...i dont ve anyclue about all this dj thing nd turntables ...so need help
get him a musical keyboard. get a keyboard that has hundreds of sounds and songs, and make sure it can record up to five tracks of songs that he plays.

i just got a set of numark turntables and im just a beginner at sctratching.?

Get some DVDs of different events and different dj's, and learn different types of scratching....pay attention to the radio, when the dj is mixing songs, where to mix in the song. start off basic, and just tryn to scratch on beat. Make friends with a local Dj who has gigs, and be cool with him...tell him you'll wash his car or carry his equipment, if he will show you a couple things. And remember to learn sorato, or a dj program on a labtop.... records are on the way out....then start saving more money, so you can get gemini tables (1200's)....
