Simon Alcohol Stainless Steel Stove in Stock?
I gave my favorite alcohol stove to my nephew when he was completing merit badges for his Eagle Scout award. Now, he refuses to return it because he likes gadgets so much. I searched the internet and discovered that the Simon Alcohol Stove has been discontinued. Please identify a source for a used or remaining-in-stock Simon Alcohol Stove or provide links to your favorite, top-reviewed, alcohol-burning or liquid multi-fuel stove. Every camper must have an opinion on the latter!
No, I have seen the can do-it-yourself designs. I am interested in opinions of the backpacker alcohol stoves. Particularly, I would like to find a Simon Stainless Steel Stove that remains on the shelf in an outdoor gear shop.

TaylorMade R9 Irons of Technology
The TaylorMade R9 irons are truly attracting in any golf shop, and TaylorMade says they have the most technology the company has ever stuffed into a set of sticks. Best known for their fantastically successful range of drivers, the R9 irons are TaylorMade's latest cavity back and a jammed full of all the technological wizardry to maximize your potential while still looking and feeling like a classic iron.
When TaylorMade set out to design the TaylorMade R9 irons, they knew they had to make a more forgiving golf iron than they had ever done before. Using a technology called the Inverted Cone technology, TaylorMade was able to increase the COR zone of the clubface by over 10%. This created a more forgiving club face that resulted in more control and greater distance. In addition to this technology, TaylorMade also created a velocity control chamber. This technology helps in the golfer increase their ball speed. Some other features of the TaylorMade R9 irons are a shock absorption system in the long irons, deep cavity back and heel toe weighting in the shorter irons, and a beveled sole plate. The shock absorption system consists of a foam filled chamber that helps with the feel in the long irons while the deep cavity back and heel toe weighting in the shorter irons make them forgiving. R7 has been on the market for some time and is still competitive in every golf shop.
For a game improvement iron, they aren't half bad looking. The oversize heads are reassuringly big without being too large or having too much offset and the nickel chrome-plated stainless steel and pearl finish is very classy. The plastic cavity badge has a milled effect finish and a chevron that echos the TaylorMade R9 TP irons. At address the topline is well balanced and the overall effect is top notch.
The long irons are especially forgiving and for those of us who need that extra forgiveness but still want more control than the typical game improvement set these are a rock solid choice. The legions of TaylorMade fans will be more than happy with these as a genuine improvement on the R7 when taking them home from the golf shop.
