what are the pros and cons of a digital audio system as opposed to an analog one?
its the old digital versus analog battle again.
I know that for the most part the world has switched from analog audio systems to more hi-tech digital ones, but is there anyone who feels like we lost something when we did away with analog systems?
I'm interested to see what you guys think we gained from digital and what you think we lost.
Well its really more about the receiver and the speakers than a tosslink or analog cable but if you paid an arm in a leg your going to say digital is so much better. We lost nothing nor gained anything they just sold more cables and speakers.
